Private In-Home Care
Our Administrative Nurses work with our clients, their families, and their medical providers to develop a personalized plan of care to improve health and maintain independence while remaining at home. PNPS Home Health Aides delivers hourly care at any time of the day or overnight and require a minimum 7-hour commitment for our Hourly Care services. Our employees assist with each client’s Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal care, bathing care, dressing assistance, daily companionship, medication reminders as well as meal preparation. All our staff members are thoroughly screened & CORI checked, trained, fully insured and bonded.
Concierge Nursing
PNPS Nursing assist acute clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home rather than a skilled nursing center. Our registered nurses provide 24/7 around the clock care as well as short-term care needs or nursing visits to the home. PNPS Nursing services include daily home visits for medication management, post-operative care and dressing changes, palliative care, after hours nursing care and more. PNPS Nurses can also provide personal care assistance and will ensure for a safe, comfortable, and immediate recovery for clients.

Live-in Care
PNPS Nursing & Home Care has been successfully providing live-in care to clients for nearly 40 years. In fact, our company is one of the most experienced and qualified agencies who manage this cost-effective service. As a guest in your home, our live-in caregivers focus on keeping the client comfortable and safe and maintain the entire house for the client. Like an au ’pare for a small family, live-in caregivers are responsible for each client’s personal care, companionship, household chores as well as ensure great communication with the agency’s administrative nursing team.

Our live-in caregivers provide clients and family members with peace of mind while their loved ones remain at home and age in place in a familiar environment.
Hospice Care
PNPS Nursing & Home Care offers hospice services to folks who may be nearing the end of life. Our nursing team trains our hospice aides to assists with personal care, medication management and respite care during the hours of the day or night when family members may not be available or present. The private hospice team can create an environment that is calm and peaceful for the client and family, who may be dealing with a very difficult time.
Companion Services
Our experienced staff can facilitate safe and reliable door-to-door service. Whether it’s a doctor’s appointment, a weekly trip to the grocery store, or a lunch date with friends, our Companions can assist at any time – seven days a week. We are not a livery service, however. Our Companions escort clients either in the client’s vehicle or their own, and remain to assist during the entire excursion away from home, never leaving them alone.
