PNPS Nursing & Home Care offers services that support our clients’ diverse and unique needs. Whether you or a loved one is seeking daily assistance with personal care, or getting ready for the day, or if you need a nurse to help with weekly medication management, our Administrative team consults with you directly and implements a customized plan of care specific to your needs. Our scheduling team strives to find a perfect match between our clients and our home care staff. Our Administrative Nurses work with our clients, their families and their medical providers to develop a personalized plan of care to improve health and maintain independence while remaining at home. PNPS Home Health Aides deliver our hourly care services at any time of the day or overnight. Each aide is an employee of PNPS Nursing & Home Care and assist with each client’s Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal care, bathing care, dressing assistance, daily companionship, medication reminders as well as meal preparation.

PNPS Nursing assist acute clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home rather than a skilled nursing center. Our registered nurses provide 24/7 around the clock care as well as short-term care needs or nursing visits to the home. PNPS Nursing services include daily home visits for medication management, post-operative care and dressing changes, palliative care, after hours nursing care and more. PNPS Nurses can also provide personal care assistance and will ensure for a safe, comfortable and immediate recovery for clients.

PNPS Nursing & Home Care has been successfully providing Live-In services to our clients for nearly 40 years. In fact, our company is one of the most experienced and qualified agencies who manage this cost-effective service. Like an au ’pare for a small family, live-in caregivers are responsible for our client’s personal care, meal prep, household chores as well companionship. The aides ensure thorough communication with the agency’s administrative nursing team who can contact family members directly. Our live-in caregivers provide clients and family members with peace of mind while their loved ones remain at home and age in place in a familiar environment.

PNPS Nursing & Home Care offers hospice services to folks who may be nearing the end of life. Our nursing team trains our hospice aides to assists with personal care, medication management and respite care during the hours of the day or night when family members may not be available or present. The private hospice team can create an environment that is calm and peaceful for the client and family, who may be dealing with a very difficult time.

We are family-first.
PNPS is a family-owned and operated business founded by our late mother, Mari-Jo Harney, RN, BSN. She moved to Hopkinton in 1977, after a successful career as an ICU nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and nursing instructor at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She immediately recognized a significant unmet need for in-home nursing services in the outer suburbs, and decided to act by leveraging her professional network and broad range of nursing experience.
